West Hartford loves a parade!

West Hartford has four annual parades:

Memorial Day Parade - held on the holiday, last Monday of May at 10:00 AM. Parade route: Farmington Avenue to South Main Street, ends at Town Hall.

Park Road Parade - held on the first Saturday of October at 10:30 AM. Bring the whole family to this wonderful celebration of West Hartford which features clowns, a stilt walker, bands, floats, dancers, antique cars, dogs of all sizes, mascots, characters, businesses, civic and cultural organizations, local celebrities, and town officials.

Halloween  Stroll - The Halloween Stroll is held annually on the last Saturday of October.  The event begins at the Town Hall Parking Lot with a Pumpkin Carnival featuring live music, give-a-ways, games and holiday fun at 9:30am. Children of all ages dressed in Halloween costumes are then invited to trick-or-treat at participating merchants in West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square beginning at 10:30 AM. This event is produced by Moms & More Club of West Hartford with the collaboration of West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square merchants as well as the Town of West Hartford.
