Assessment Office

The Board of Assessment Appeals will meet on Wednesday, December 6, 5:00-7:00 PM, and Saturday, December 9, 9:00-11:00 AM, in Room 142, to hear motor vehicle appeals on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here for the required application.

 

The Assessment Office is responsible for discovering, listing and valuing all real property, business personal property and motor vehicles as of October 1 each year in accordance with Connecticut State Statutes.  The Assessment Office also administers various state and local benefit programs to Elderly and Totally Disabled Homeowners, Veterans and Legally Blind residents.
