WH Conference Center

The West Hartford Conference Center is located in the Town Hall building at 50 South Main Street, footsteps from Blue Back Square and in the heart of West Hartford Center, a regional destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. The Meeting and Conference Center serves as a beautiful backdrop for a variety of groups becoming a destination for their events year after year. 

The West Hartford Conference Center boasts an expansive hall with original Steuben glass fixtures, turn of the century architecture, a brass railed balcony, polished wood floors and a raised stage. A functional kitchen and a sophisticated sound system completes the picture to make any event successful.

The West Hartford Conference Center has the distinct characteristic of being a "one of a kind" in the Hartford area in terms of it's size and location and for that reason it is often called upon to host dances, conferences,seminars,weddings and unique competitions. Unlike other venues, a renter can design their own food service tailored to their preferences and budget.

The Conference Center can house 240 guests using banquet style seating and 500 persons using auditorium style seating. It is completely handicapped accessible. Parking is validated to patrons attending events at The Conference Center.

The Conference Center is staffed by experienced event coordinators whose attention to detail and commitment to personal service help to ensure the success of every event.
