4 Ways To Pay Your Taxes

Option 1: Pay by electronic check ($0.90 processing fee) or by credit card (2.95% processing fee) through Invoice Cloud. Or, click on "Pay My Tax Bill" at the left of this screen.

Option 2: MAIL your payment in the enclosed return envelope.  Payment should be mailed to:

Yes, the New Britain, CT address is correct. This is where our bank processes payments. 

Option 3: Hand deliver your payment to the Revenue Collection office on the first floor of Town Hall, Room 109. Office hours are:

Monday  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday - Extended AM Hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Wednesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday - Extended PM Hours 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday - CLOSED CLOSED, except open Friday Dec 1st; 8:30AM-4:30PM
Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays CLOSED

Please note: You must bring your entire tax bill with you, do not tear anything off the bill before you pay in person.

CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED. Cash payments require significantly longer processing time.  If you must pay in person you are encouraged to pay by check or money order.

Option 4: You may drop off your tax payment after hours in the drop box located at the front entrance to Town Hall. The drop box is to the left of the front door as you face the building. The box is lighted. Payments placed in the drop box must be received by midnight of the due date. Please do not use drop box if it appears full.
