This class is not just about cooking! It is about culinary history, selecting ingredients and combining those ingredients to make delicous food. Campers will cook and learn about healthy and enjoyable choices to ensure a sustained healthy lifestyle. Each one-week camp has a culinary focus from a different part of the world, so come to all sessions or choose your favorite type of cuisine. Cooking projects will not be allergy sensitive, please plan accordingly.
