Strength training is the only type of exercise that can slow and even reverse the decline in muscle mass, bone density and strength. Strength training can also delay the onset of osteoporosis, lower blood pressure and even reduce cholesterol levels. Instructor: Wendy LeClerc.
THE POLICY OF THE LEISURE SERVICES DEPARTMENT:
Withdrawal request must be made in writing and received no later than three business days before the first day of the program. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds (minimum $5).
