Online Permitting

Permit applicants will be required to use new CityView Online Portal for all submissions. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. This will require pre-registration and electronic document submissions. Access to the new system will be 24 hours a day/7 days a week and allow credit card payments. Applicants will also be able to check permit application status. 

Please Note: We are unable to process debit cards for Permit payments at this time

The mission of the Community Development Department is to ensure the quality of private development in the community and build and preserve the Town's infrastructure.

The Department includes multiple divisions that provide a broad range of technical expertise and support to advance residential and commercial projects from design to construction.  It also provides administrative support to several land-use boards and commissions and serves as the link between the Town and its residents by providing public information through the use of a variety of communication tools. The Department is also responsible for designing and constructing the Town's streets, sidewalks and bridges.
