The Town of West Hartford has five (5) business associations: Bishops Corner Neighborhood Association, Elmwood Business Association, Home Design District, Park Road Association, and West Hartford Business Association. Each association is comprised of a variety of businesses that represent each distinct business district in town.
The Bishops Corner Neighborhood Association (BCNA) is a not-for-profit organization comprised of local residents, businesses, non-profits, and advocates for the Bishops Corner Neighborhood of West Hartford. Specifically, our goals include: beautification of Bishops Corner, increased pedestrian and bicycle safety, to facilitate communication with residents, businesses and not-for-profits, and play an active role in redevelopment projects in Bishops Corner.

The Elmwood Business Association is a not-for-profit organization made up of business owners and representatives from the Elmwood section of West Hartford. At monthly meetings, members discuss activity in the area including police, government, community and business related issues. Representatives from the Town and State government are frequently in attendance.

The Home Design District is a group of home improvement, home décor, and construction related businesses located in the New Park Avenue area of West Hartford, Connecticut. The Home Design District uses the collective power of its businesses to market, promote, and brand the area as a prime destination for consumers seeking quality goods and services to improve their homes and businesses. Member businesses are conveniently located in one square mile and offer everything today's busy homeowner could need to build, renovate, decorate, repair or furnish a home. From roofing to flooring, from windows to wall coverings, if it's for the home, you'll find it in the Home Design District. The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at one of the member's business location.
The Park Road Association is a not-for-profit organization made up of businesses, property owners, residents and individuals. Its an advocate for the neighborhood and interacts with state and local government as needed to benefit of the neighborhood. The Association is involved in many activities which address safety, business promotion and quality of life issues.

The Park Road Association is an affiliate of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce. Major annual events include the Park Road Parade, the Celebrity Breakfast and Park Road Awards Night.

The West Hartford Business Association (WHCBA) strives to create a vibrant business environment to attract new business and increase customer base through brand marketing and event promotions.
