Area 2 - Fern Street

Area 2 – Fern Street overall proposed drainage improvements map.  The total cost to replace all recommended storm drainage to improve flooding impacts is $20.4 Million.

The phase 1 project for this area shown in orange on the map will replace the Fern Street area drainage system with larger pipes in three areas including: Fern Street from Penn Drive to Auburn Road, Bretton Road south of Fern Street, and the southerly section of Cumberland Road near Fern Street.  This project is in preliminary design.  The phase 1 construction cost is $4.9 Million.  Once funding is available for this project, the schedule will be determined.
