Public Information Meetings
Public engagement is a critical part of developing the Red-Light Running Safety Plan, which identifies candidate locations and installs red light running cameras. A public information meeting is scheduled, along with engagement with the Vision Zero Advisory Committee, the Community Planning and Economic Development Committee (CPED), and the Town Council.
A public meeting to review potential locations for the red light running cameras in West Hartford will be held at the Elmwood Community Center, 1106 New Britain Avenue (accessed from Burgoyne Street off Quaker Lane South), on Tuesday, April 28, starting at 6:00 pm.
