Public Information Meetings
Public Engagement is a critical part of developing the Speed Management Plan to identify candidate locations and install speed safety cameras. Two public information meetings are scheduled to be held along with engaging the Vision Zero Advisory Committee, the Town Council, and the Community Planning Economic Development Committee (CPED).
The first public information meeting was conducted on July 30, 2025. The second public information meeting was conducted on September 3, 2025. The meeting presentations (.pdf), and recorded videos from both public information meetings are posted below.

The project team will attend the Community Planning and Economic Development Town Council Standing Committee meeting on September 17th at 8:00 a.m. and the Town Council Meeting on September 29th. At the September 29th Town Council meeting, a public hearing will be held for the Town Council will vote on the proposed Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Devices Plan for the proposed speed cameras.
