FAQ

There are three information booths:

1. The Arts & Crafts Info Booth is along the South Main Street sidewalk just north of the light at Ellsworth Road across from Key Bank.
2. The Central Info Booth is in the Town Hall Parking Lot at the south-east corner of the Town Hall building near the flag pole.
3. The Dining Tent Info Booth is at the north-east corner of the dining tent near the entrance to the parking lot from Blue Back Square at the Heritage Apartments building and Memorial Garage. 

Yes. There are QR codes at each Information Booth that will take you directly to the registration page. There is also race-day registration in the dining tent from 7:30-8:45 a.m. Those who registered online can pick up their packets at Fleet Feet (1003 Farmington Avenue) on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, from 9 a.m. to noon. 

Festival guests have access to four sets of port-a-lets, and they are shown on the Festival Map.

1. At the Auditorium Drop Off Circle near the corner of South Main and Memorial Road.
2. Near the entrance to the festival from Blue Back Square between the large dining tent and Memorial Garage.
3. Near the ticket booths on the southern-most aisle.
4. Near the entrance from South Main Street between booths in the 200-300 numbers.

There is an ATM near the ticket booths. There are also others in the area: at the Credit Union on the northeast side of the Town Hall building, to the right of the stage; at Key Bank, just across South Main Street at the corner of Ellsworth and South Main; at NBT bank, on the corner of Burr Street and South Main. 

The West Hartford Fire Department paramedics provide first aid and are right across from the Central Information Booth near the southeast corner of the Town Hall building. 

Tickets can be purchased with cash and by credit or debit card. Most of the food vendors probably take credit or debit cards, and maybe have Venmo, too. 

There are two ticket booths just before entering the carnival area. One is straight down the aisle past the petting zoo, and the other is just past the food vendors. 

Nowhere. Balloons are not permitted at Celebrate! West Hartford because of the hazard they pose to wildlife. Please help us with this effort by letting a committee member know if you see anyone handing them out.

There are lists of exhibitors with booth numbers and maps at each Information Booth. Volunteers will help you find what you are looking for. 

The Central Info Booth serves as the lost and found. We keep found items safe and record the names and contact information for those who have lost an item. Anything left in the lost and found Saturday night is locked up in Town Hall overnight and anything valuable left on Sunday night is brought to the police department. 

In the rare event this happens, please tell a volunteer in a red shirt, or a police officer if you experience anything like this. We have security protocols and take every precaution to ensure visitor safety.
