West Hartford's Leisure Services & Social Services Department is developing a plan for Kennedy Park.
Goals of the project:
- Improve pedestrian and vehicular circulation to facilitate accessibility throughout the park in a manner that promotes connection to areas of use and safety.
- Identify opportunities to expand parking capacity to meet park users' needs.
- Identify opportunities to make the site more aesthetically compelling.
- Protect the existing tree canopy and promote diversity for future plantings.
Input from this survey will inform the conceptual design for the park. Please take a moment to complete the survey, and let the team know what types of improvements you would like to see at Kennedy Park.

We invite you to join the design team on July 27th at Elmwood Community Center at 5:30 to provide feedback on initial concept studies.
