Welcome to Buena Vista Recreation Camp!

Designed for children ages 6–11, our camp offers a fun, active, and age-appropriate summer experience at the Buena Vista Recreation Complex. Campers are grouped by age to create the best possible environment for learning, friendship, and fun, with each group led by our dedicated and experienced counselors. Located at the Veterans Memorial Ice Skating Rink in West Hartford, surrounded by outstanding amenities such as the Cornerstone Aquatic Center, campers enjoy a wide variety of activities, including weekly trips, ice skating, swimming, outdoor sports, games, and arts & crafts. Indoor activities are always planned for days with rain or extreme weather to ensure campers remain safe and comfortable.

Our mission is to provide every child with a safe, engaging, and memorable recreational experience that encourages positive social interaction, confidence, and physical well-being. We take pride in delivering a complete camp experience built on supervision, safety, fun, professionalism, and attention to detail.
