Facility Rentals
Westmoor Park is a great place to consider when you’re planning for a small gathering for a conference, business, social or community group. We can provide either indoor or outdoor space for your group.
For groups no larger than 48 people needing a quiet indoor space we can offer the Hunter Room. Located on the back of the Office building, this 675 square foot room comes complete with tables and chairs, a patio to the outside, and large west facing windows over looking perennial flower gardens and an ever changing wildflower meadow. Those renting the Hunter Room will also have access to an adjacent kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave ovens. While the kitchen is not equipped to handle large scale food preparation, renters may use it to prepare snacks and refreshments. Click here to download the rental contract.
The Hunter Room may be rented Monday through Thursday evenings from 5:00 PM till 9:30 PM September thru May, please inquire for day time availability during our off-season winter months. The Hunter Room may also be rented Saturdays or Sundays from 9:30 AM till 3:30 PM through-out the year.

Scout Troops and other groups
Looking for an outdoor space with a camp fire? You might consider the Fire ring and Amphitheater at Westmoor Park! Located next to a 1940’s log cabin, our outdoor amphitheater can accommodate groups up to about 100 people. Click here to download the rental contract specifically for this request.
