Includes the Basic Package PLUS a special gift for the birthday child and assistance with setup and clean-up.
Birthday parties are available for children of all ages.
Parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Two party times are available per day. You may choose from 10 a.m. to 12 noon or 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Base party fee is set for 15 children (including siblings) or less.
Each additional child (over the age of 12 months) is $5. Total number of children not to exceed 30.
Maximum capacity for the Hunter Room (adults and children) may not exceed 45 per Fire Code.
Setup, clean up, and all party materials including decorations, paper goods, food, games, etc. are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Deluxe Package – Westmoor staff will assist with setting up and taking down the tables and chairs. Staff will carry trash to the dumpster and vacuum the Hunter Room at the end of the party.
To reserve a date one must come to the Westmoor Park office during business hours to complete a Birthday Contract. A $75.00 security deposit paid by check is required at that time. (The deposit check is completely separate from the full fee and will be returned to the renter, after the rental date, provided the conditions of the party contract have been met).
Full payment is due two weeks prior to the party date.
Parties may be cancelled without penalty up to two weeks prior to the reservation.
Smoking and the use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited anywhere at Westmoor Park and will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
Helium balloon releases are not permitted at the park due to the hazards balloons pose to wildlife.
