West Hartford, CT 06107
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.
2. Appeal your ticket
Appeal your ticket with a formal, written objection statement which will be reviewed, and the appeal may be granted or denied. If granted, the ticket will be discharged. If an assessment is levied against you at the hearing, payment is required at the time of the hearing. No payment arrangements will be accepted. Failure to appear at this hearing, or failure to pay the fine levied against you at the hearing, will result in the assessment of all fines and penalties against you by default. Filing an objection statement will suspend further accumulation of fines and/or penalties until such time as a final determination is made.
