Report A Problem

Have you seen a street light out, a pothole, a broken curb or sidewalk or have snow plow damage to your property? Report it with Public Service Request. This portal will allow Public Works to respond timely to community issues and concerns.

The portal is available immediately and is free-of-charge to all citizens. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Go to the Public Service Request Portal.
2. Enter your contact information including email, name, and phone number.
3. Enter the location of the problem by clicking on the map or entering the address.
4. Select the “symptom code” which best fits the problem.
5. Provide a detailed description of the problem.
6. Add any pictures or files of important information.
7. Select “Finished” when done.
