Report Streetlight Out

1. Access the West Hartford Public Service Request Portal

2. After you have entered your contact information, and location of the issue, under STEP 3 - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?, click on the gray square with 3 dots next to PROBLEM CODE.

3. The “Choose a Symptom” window will open, and you will click on TRAFFIC MAINTENANCE .

4. In the next window, scroll down and  select “STREET LIGHTS – OFF STREET” to report a street light out.

5. Follow the instructions provided, and complete your online submission to report the problem.
