Vendor Registration

The Town of West Hartford offers an online Vendor Self Service

Benefits to vendors include:

1. Notifications of upcoming bids.
2. Information regarding payments from the Town of West Hartford.
3. The ability to update your company's information, such as phone number and/or email addresses.
4. The ability to provide the Town of West Hartford with all the commodity codes for your company.

After you access the Vendor Self Service center, create a username and password for your company. The password must be at least 8 characters and contain a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a symbol. Please do not forget to choose commodity codes. We will notify you of upcoming bids by the codes that you have selected.
