There are many supports available in the community if you or a loved one is having mental health challenges. There are many resources available below, or contact our office at 860-561-7560 for assistance in connecting to care.
Crisis Services

- For 24/7 access to substance use treatment, including detox and transportation, call the Access Line at 1-800-563-4086.
- West Hartford Cares Card
Support Services
We offer a few support groups throughout the year:
- Buried in Treasures: A FREE 16-week, self-help and support group for people who have too much stuff and want to declutter their lives. Contact Deanna Deshpande or Monique Dixon for more information on the next session.
- Circle of Friends: A social group for seniors 60+ - if you are aging alone, new to town, or looking to feel more connected, join us for meaningful conversations and new friendships. Contact Deanna Deshpande or Monique Dixon for more information on the next session.
- SMART Recovery: A skills-based program based on the science of successful behavior change. This program is currently being offered for youth with support from Youth Recovery CT. Contact Gretchen Levitz for more information.
